OURC's Fiona Bourke wins bronze at World Champs

OURC rower Fiona Bourke was part of the New Zealand women's quad who won a bronze medal at the World Championships in Bled. Fiona and team mates Sarah Gray, Louise Trappitt and stroke Eve Macfarlane rowed through from fifth to finish third behind the United States and Germany.

The OURC mens 8 have won gold at the Golden Boat International regatta on the Moskva river in Moscow, Russia. The After lining up in a very cramped starting block and a scrappy first 2 km, which involved several blade clashes and crashes, OURC was in sixth place.
