Special General Meeting

A special general meeting is to be held on tuesday 3rd April 2012 7:30 pm at the
OUSA aquatic center in order to pass last years account which were not ready for
the AGM. All members are invited to attend.

Notice of intended business;

1) Pass Audited Accounts - July 2010 - June 2011

2) Constitutional Change - Committee Members - All committee members must be
active and financial club members during their term.

This meeting is to be followed by a committee meeting.
