Success for OURC at U23 World Champs!

Otago University Rowing Club member Fiona Bourke has won a silver medal from the
womens 8 at the 2010 U23 World Champs in Brest, Belarus. Her crew placed second
in the heat to draw a good lane and were able to repeat the result in the final
beating off a challenge from a strong Canadian crew to secure the podium finish.


OURC sends it congratulations to Fiona and all of the rest of the U23 squad who
performed so well.
